Yes, because it was my only one. Summer before my junior year of college and I had been doing 80-90 miles a week and I finished working for the summer and had nothing to do that week. Decided to run between 18-22 miles everyday (on two runs a day) for a week and see what it felt like. Made it to the last day and only ran one 9 miler that day. Didn't do any formal speed work, but back than all of my running was at 6 minute pace or under. Ended up with 124 miles and for the next two weeks I felt awful, but ran my 5 mile cross country pr about 4 weeks after the 124 mile week. Never went over 100 again.
