Dude,WR means World RecordCR means Course RecordThe SOURCE I quoted referenced CR (Course Record). But if you look at his splits, you get a clearer picture that he was on WR pace up through about 15k, he started falling off to where he was 45 seconds off the WR at the half, and then blew-up (or packed it in) later:
