Bram Som is the one of the only good pacers in the Diamond League, too bad he's not pacing the 5000.
-
Blessing Okagbare wins the 200m in 22.32. Felix 2nd in 22.34 SB. SAFP had a nice start but faded in the last half of the race.

I am surprised to see a full or near full stadium. Track does indeed have standing in Europe. It is especially surprising to see with World Cup quarterfinals on.
-
The main events of the meet are taking place today perfectly between the two World Cup matches. People can do both today if they want.

HERE WE GO!!

I'm so fed up with LR removing people's links and posting their pay sites that I don't care who runs this anymore.
You guys are sick, destroying athletics just to put bucks in your pockets.
Post your e-mail and I will send you a link every time I find one. -
Allyson now getting close to 100%. Don't know if she can get the speed endurance completely during race season, but SAFP will be looking at heels from now on.
-
under 30 for leaders
Rupp 30.65 at 200 with True
63. for Rupp at 400 -
I like Emma's aggressive yet smart racing style, staying out of trouble out front allowing her to really excel off the water jumps. She will get the AR soon.
-
Rupp vs. the Big Yellow Army
-
2:36 first 1k Rupp +2 secs
-
1. Photographer standing in lane 1 in the first turn while the race is going on. Not good.
2. Slow as heck through 1k. What? -
Emma Coburn is one of my favorite runners.
She has a kick.
She kicks the whole race. -
s...cks, so disappointing already :(
-
2:36.54 at 1000 for the leaders (too slow). Rupp at 2:39.
Then Alamirew who was the only guy to go with the rabbits dropped back to the main pack and the real pack slowed even more. 3 rabbits in front. -
5:13 at 2k Rupp +1
-
Now showing javelin in sloww.w.... motion.... can they make it any worse.
