According to the following article on Chelanga's attempt at the 8k World Record this weekend, he hopes to be a citizen by next summer. If that happens, the question arises whether he attempts making the 2016 team in the 10000m, or the marathon, or both.
Since Chelanga is a supposed Nike athlete, any chance Nike may try to limit his potential to upstage Galen Rupp on the 2016 teams?
