it can only be and is the major factor with the fast times

in sprints for largely the past 8 years or so reagardless

That 19.26 was a fluke. No way that race in Brussels was that fast. I was in the stands and there was a big wind coming from the gap between the stands at the 100m start. On the curve you wont notice it over there, but it'll kick you in the back as soon as you reach the straight. Since the wind reaches the windmeter in an angle, there's no reading.

Same happened in the JJ Johnson sub 20 race there.

It's obvious that Gatlin is still (/again) on something. I suspect him and Mitchell still working with Trevor. Dennis Mitchell was never a great light and I think he's a stopwatch coach for TG. Judging by the results of other people in that group, who get worse and worse since joining, Gatlin is the only one making progress.

As far as Blake: Too much muscle packed on that frame since his late teens. No gradual progress in that, a grown men's workload on a young body and now it's mos likely over and done with. Hamstring surgeory is carreer ending for sprinters, even more so than an achilles rupture. The scar tissue will never ever allow him to run elite times in the short sprints.

What I do like this season is that Powell, who was out almost as long as Gay, proves that he's doing it clean. Gradual progress, no shocking "BOOM" results...just learning to race again. Far more believable than the return to form of some other doper.

Aduck have YOU personally used igf-1 lr3? Igf-1 DES is more powerful than lr3 but has a shorter half life. why can't it be this drug they are using?

also charlie francis said sarms were to blame for these fast times (s4 in particular). are you saying that francis (a credible doper) was wrong and you're right? From what I understand s4 works somewhat different to testosterone at the androgen receptor (in the way it binds to the AR) and for whatever reason dramatically increases speed endurance.

Lr3 has a half life of 39hours! There is a test for igf-1 yes it has not been effective because rhigf-1 has a half life of 10min. Igf-1 des (1000x more powerful has a half life of 20min). I find it hard to believe that an athlete would allow a substance to float in their system for 39hours+ !!! Makes more sense that igf-1 des would be the culprit.. It's more powerful and is in and out in a matter of minutes!

GW is another substance they could have been using. Dramatically enhancing endurance, it's muscle sparing, shreds fat (weight loss), glycogen sparing and the recovery benefits are dramatic. Notice wada gave a warning last year about this substance and this year everyone is playing safe. Note this substance also has a long half life so dopers need to be very careful and on edge when on the run.

It's important to remember that these guys are most likely taking a combination of stuff e.g. Igf-1 + sarm s4 + talent = BOOM!!! whatever it is the combination does not rely on heavy bulk ala Merritt and Rollins and Weir.

Powell and Gay are in 2 different situations.

Gay trains with the same coach on the same track.. nothing about his setup changed for him so it was easier to maintain his training. Look at their camp in FL he has athletes pushing him he basically has pace makers. In 2014 alone.. Ashmeade 97, Blesman 10.00 Edward 10.02, Phirri 10.03, Bracy 10.08 he has to run to run fast even in training.

Powell on the other hand is now living in another country, new coach, different way of life, everything is new so obviously it's more likely that he needed time. He doesn't have training partners to push him anymore. Same reason why VCB had a sluggish start to her season (no training partners)

As far as gatlin word on the street is that Mitchell IS just a time keeper for TG.

He took 4 years off his normal testosterone production happened within a year. He is a normal healthy young man. Obviously I don't think for one second he is clean as he is running times that he ran when he was dirty while in a training camp that was among the dirtiest in history...

This is the truth. Watch on Youtube, they have doc with 3 regular guys lifting on roids and one was lifting massive amounts so that he could be a Muscle and Fitness model. After he cycled off steroids he lost all of his mass and was lifting less than 50 percent as much as his peak. To be honest when I was his age and clean I lifted as much as he did juiced so maybe he had poor genetics to begin with....

I've been around guys on roids for 50 years and tried them myself...

You keep NONE of the effects after 2-5 months...NONE..

I worked out all through D1 football clean, didn't get drafted, did 2 cycles trying to up my strength to play arena/CFL, tore my right acl&mcl&medial meniscus during a tryout, and stopped using through surgery and recovery. Started working out a year later, kept all the strength plus the 20lbs of muscle I had put on.
