It was just a cramp, maybe he faked it because he wasn't going to come near winning.

Which would cost him any prize money he could have won (which admittedly pales in comparison to what he's paid to show up) and hurts him in the year-end rankings as everyone in that field now has a victory against him. Failing to finish on purpose doesn't benefit him at all.
You realize that your post makes little to no sense, right?
1. he got his appearance fee, which is by far the lion's share of his compensation
2. he wasn't going to place in the medals, therefore his prize money would be trivial
3. he would have gotten beaten by at least 6 of those 9 athletes even if he hadn't gone down
4. the benefit includes the psychological /egoist effect of not actually having been beaten in a completed race to the line.
Oh, that's right ... Wigand = Moron.
MORON!
1. Yes, which I acknowledged.
2. Yes, which I acknowledged. It's basically a repeat for your first point.
3. And now he has a loss to the others, as well.
4. That's entirely possible.
I'm sorry have to point this out to you, but I never claimed that Blake was or was not faking. I only pointed out that it was a stupid thing to do. This "for his psyche" reasoning, if true, is ridiculous. Get in shape and then you won't have to worry about losing too many races. It's as simple as that.
Because you really do not understand, my post outlined why it was NOT necessarily a stupid thing to do, as you opined.
Once again you are not only wrong, but too dense to know it.
Wigand = Moron
It would be. I don't think he faked, because he's clearly been struggling. But it would be stupid. He would have cost himself admittedly a small amount of money and hurt himself for rankings for what? His oh so fragile psyche? What crap. When healthy, he's been the second-best sprinter on the planet. If he's worried about saving face, then he is stupid.
"He is stupid" (TRUE) is obviously different than "faking would be a stupid thing to do" (FALSE).
You really are a dense idiot.
Wigand = Moron
It would be stupid to finish race in a worse place than what your level of ability at the time could actually get you. Assuming he did (and I don't think he did), how has he benefited from his DNF? Does he feel better about himself? Ridiculous.
The best thing about this was the look on his face, as he looked back at the track from the wheelchair.
That was the look of a guy who didn't belong, who wasn't welcome, and who knew it. Ostracized, a true outsider. Nobody cared that he went down. His look said it all--he is not one of them, and he knows it. He wasn't when he was winning, and he's not now, when he's losing.
It was a weird combination of wistfulness, fear, longing, sadness, resentment, jealousy, and regret, with the tiniest trace of resolve.
I hope I can find a still photo.
Blake. As a person, he is truly beastly.
Dig that hole, Jeff. I'm finished going back-and-forth with you, you just keep re-iterating your initial postulate (which has successfully been rejected) without developing it further.
Why? Because...

Vid is up now...

Delightful! He was a meter behind Collins at 50m, and would have been lucky to have finished beside Thompson.
Good showing by him, though. If faked, and if he improves on the season, he will be sub-10 at some point. If real, lmao.
Either way, this is a wonderful result, caught on video.
I disagree with your suggestion that his psyche would be better off for having thrown the race.
Ahahahahahaha! There's the look at 1:24 of the video.
In the list of emotions that look communicated to me, I forgot to include resignation and loneliness.
He can stew in his own excrement. What goes around, comes around. Plenty of other people have stewed in his excrement before...Dix in his 19.26 excrement, Carter and others in his 9.69 excrement.
This time his cheating caught up with him. How does it feel, LOSER?
lol, Blake is falling out of the blocks rather than driving out of the blocks, which is why he stumbled a lot in his previous 100, and stumbled a bit in this 100
Blake is FINISHED unless he juices again, big-time.
Blake sucks bag.
Here's a Jamaica relay for this year:
Carter-KBC-Weir-Ashmeade
Replace KBC or Weir with Livermore or Dwyer if they're not doing well.

Oh yeah, these athletes are all about the year end rankings. I mean, they just don't stop talking about them.
Seriously, do many athletes even know about these rankings?

There's money involved so they should.
What the heck would YOU know about money?
You are SUCH a dullard.
Wigand = Moron
there's clearly something going on with the top jamaicans
more than likely the testing has them spooked
it goes without saying that bolt and blake etc. are all juiced
Blake is a great athlete by all means.
As to whether he is/was clean when he reigned or not is not up to me.
As to whether he'll ever come back to his previous best is all up in the air.
As much as I feel for him, I am very happy that he is not performing those retarded pre race antics of his. THEY REALLY TURN ME OFF!
In Paris - I think- he even had fake fangs!
Aarrghhh!!!!!!!
He's somehow humbled.
