I thought there was some kind of sprint juice out now that worked in as little as 2 weeks. If so, Blake will do much better in his next 100m, improvements in the 200 will probably take a bit longer.

IGF1 LR3
BEST event for use , the hurdles
with increased cadence between hurldes
i.e another dirty as jamican sprinter to list .
vicaut clean ,dont think so, forementioned ped .
sprinting truely is a joke.
use as much testosterone or igf-1 lr3 as want .
so standard still very high even without previous
free for all in jamica .
blake will still be good with these but not
like before with steroids and strength missing
maybe needs help with strength more than other athletes
why will miss them .
as for gathlin again a joke ,more than what been using
past few years .the start and strength better than ever
got to be designer gear , sold to the highest bidder.
maybe why doing his advertisments to pay for em .
and what are wada doing nothing
if dont want to test for testosterone or peptides or
very hard away from competitions
with this designer gear easy should be there in his system ,simple androgen test
wheter know molecule or not
gatlin is gone
same with kirani james , what good
is a biological passport
for ,if have a high hct .
when is it to high when no excuse will suffice
oh i am sleeping in oxygen tent ,
i am a high responder to whatever.
wada are a joke , biological passport is a joke
stops extreme doping thats all.
the sprinters are getting busted for minor stuff
stimulants etc.. nobody getting busted for the really good stuff
gatlin is running faster than ever
so clearly testing isn't working
Why do you think Blake in particular needs steroids as well as this stuff to be good, as opposed to a guy like Gatlin?
Me, I believe steroid effects last, and that Blake has taken enough for a lifetime, that guy is dense with muscle fibers. If he can take your IGF stuff freely as you suggest everybody does, then why does he suck so badly this year? Do you think he is off the IGF, and if so, why would he be, when you suggest that it can be done freely?
IGF isn't a new drug and they do test for it. I have no knowledge of who is taking what but it's not new
Maybe the effects disappear 2 months after a "brief" cycle, but Blake didn't do a "brief" cycle. Plus how do you know what he did, whether he stacked or not, dosage, etc., compared to you. Your experience is only your own, not generalizable to others. I know guys who did stuff in HS, and retained the benefits many, many years later. MANY years later, like 20.
In any case, my original question stands: if IGF can be done freely, and if it works, then why does Blake suck so badly?
IGF doesn't do sh1t compared to other, simpler drugs. Just google forums where people try that stuff. It is legal to purchase, so a lot of bodybuilders and gymrats take the stuff and write about it online. I don't believe there is a test for it.
High schoolers in US running 10secs or better and Europeans labor to break 10.30.Speed is innate can't be taught.
1. wada are a joke and so is athletics .
2. blakes time is still pretty elite for 200m
but not for him , give him some time
will be closer to 20 seconds or under
dont think ruined body with steroids as still
seems okay ,couldnt abuse them as still knew
would be tested many times during summer
so no serious bad steroids that stay in system for years.
3. not igf , HAS GOT TO BE IGF-1 LR3
and needs to reach peak cycle within
3-7 weeks for effect on nervous system especially.
4. are you even a decent sprinter ,bodybuilder not
going to run this stuff like athlete , so no info
will find on forums
for one make you skinnier and bodybuilder wont notice
effects having on nervous system as not tuned into
it or relieing on it like an elite sprinter
1. european origin sprinting at moment is
where it is for many reasons .
2 .not going into them .
are they as dirty as usa or carribean
dont think so but even without peds .
level is not good enough as said to even benefit
from them.
3.
doping in usa and carribean is absolutely chronic
at super elite level , as that what it takes to get there
but that is point they have an elite level ,high interest
and numbers upon numbers in many of events.
4.
all the main top sprinters in europe beleive ,on the
at very least igf-1 lr3
afew sprinting groups in uk all doped up on it
just look at dwain and kilty to see waht can do
afew in france ,and that is elite sprinting in europe
besides ndure and afew carribean dutch which dont trust
either.
lemaitre ,vicaut ,gemilli all on it ,very obvious
especially looking at there progression as youth and juniors.
not fairy dust but works ,
like kiprop in 1500m disappear for 3-4 weeks and igf-1 lr3
will have you peak speed back there up for a little while
but wont give you strength of steroids ,so cant compete
with someone like gatlin who is doping on different level
like jamicans of before.
and those high schollers you mean
brommel and hs girl and likes
which for me these stink of forementioned methods
not rocket science nor secret anymore#
seen with other juniors before
gemilli , BOLT ,YES BOLT . LEMAITRE .
And dont forget to add the hurdlers where
can benefit the most form it ,aston eaton.
liu xiang was the first of many to benefit from it .
Based on how he ran at world relays just a month ago, Blake is still legit.
Based on his 2 individual races less than a month ago, as well as a 200 before world relays, Blake is a joke.

What in the fck are you talking about? Seriously, go use google and look for yourself. See how many guys have gain any strength on their lifts. Please provide the science on how it is going to enhance rate coding to the degree to improve sprinting in any measurable sense, but not improve muscular size or strength.
It's not nonsense. You might be assuming that I meant that they kept ALL of their gains, which they did not.
But they did keep a significant amount, around 50-70% I would say. 2 of them had been working out for a good 3 years before they went on, at ages 18 and 19, and stayed on for maybe 4 years. And no, they wouldn't have gotten there naturally anyway just because they matured. You would know this if you were to see them.
And no, their names are not Hans and Franz. They maintained the same training, just not 2 sessions per day.
When is Blake's next race?
So the reason why these performance drops are not as a result of them no longer doping is because they are injured.
Has anyone stopped to think maybe the reason they are hurt is because they are no longer doping and their bodies aren't recovering as quickly as they were before leading to the injuries?
Looking forward... wrote:

Yes, and where? Commonwealth Games?
Tears a ham and falls to the track in Glasgow 100m.
