Two hours and 30 minutes for a 5k split?!?!
Did she stop off at a Golden Corral or something for breakfast? Is a 2:30 5k even possible? Still wondering why no one in the San Antonio area has ever questioned her about her 'races'.

What are the details of the DQ at the Houston half marathon?
Details please wrote:

Looks like a marathon registration and start but took the half marathon course at the split point. 4:33 half....sheesh
meh.
not like she was caught cheating, more like maybe wasn't feeling good so turned around, understanding her time would not be official. She may have spent time in a medical tent, attending to a friend... who knows. But her time on the measured splits showed 11-12 min/mile, in line with her previous efforts.
I know PM's a cheater, and have no respect for her. But I don't think there's a story here.
Apparenlty you didn't thoroughly read all of the threads. A Badwater participant with no stake in the outcome outed her at the risk of his own family and reputation.
She was the catylist for a "new" timing mat being placed on the Rocky Racoon course, where there previously was not one-it "appeared" the year after she was DQ'd for shortcuttting.
She can be bradocious regarding other runners achievements and humble regarding her own at her races-to the extent of awaiting the final participant, finishing with them, etc.
That is not "evidence" nor does it mean that she did not cheat at other venues.
The new Badwater rules and timing checkpoints were put in place the very next year after she cheater there too.
Oh PM, it is funny that you are now known for your rule changes because of your rule breaking.
#irony
If anyone would like to meet Parvenah, she's pacing tomorrow's 5:25 group at the Cowtown Marathon.
Second paragraph. Parvaneh Moayedi Cheats Again!
RUNNERS DQED FROM LOCAL MARATHONS
Two female runners were recently disqualified and removed from the results of two marathons within the TRT coverage area. On January 17, the first woman to cross the finish line at the Louisiana Marathon, Mandy West, was disqualifed after receiving outside assistance several times during the race. West, who entered the event in an attempt to secure a quatlfying time for the Olympic Trials Marathon, reportedly received fluids and nutrition from someone on a bicycle on multiple occasions during the race despite repeated warnings that doing so could warrant a disqualification. USA Track and Field rules prohibit runners from receiving aid outside of the official event aid stations. Races which cater to elite athletes may allow runners to provide their own fluids anci nutrition to be placed on special tables during the event, which is allowed by USATF. Anything else that a runner may need must be carried by the participant - he/she cannot receive anything from other persons along the course. Ultimately, West fell short of hitting the Trials qualifying standard, but her time was wiped out anyway due to the DQ. Amany Ishaq was crowned the female champion in the marathon in 3:07:58.
On the same day, a runner was also disqualified from the Chevron Houston Marathon when her timing chip failed to register at multiple timing stations along the marathon route. Fifty-one-year-old Parvaneh Moayedi was removed from the results and disqualified after event organizers found no record of her crossing any timing mat between the 10KK mark and the finish line.

Well there's a surprise.

I'm guessing she wound up not doing this because her name doesn't appear in the results. Either that or the pace was too fast for her and she dropped.
"found no record of her crossing any timing mat between the 10KK mark and the finish line."
So she crossed the 10k mat and finish line?, it was just the bit in between that's the problem.
So PM finally gets a DQ! How the heck Houston has let this go on so long is beyond me, but glad she's finally starting to get into some difficulties. Rossi mats are paying off across the board!
See did "run" Cowtown, but missed the 5:25 pace by just a bit... some pacer!http://www.mychiptime.com/searchevent.php?id=981106:47:31 06:17:46 836 Parvaneh Moayedi Search for Share San Antonio TX 35 MARATHON F 50-54 1158 52 78258 USA 426 14:25/M 1263 484 46 1190 5k 38:47.0 12:26/M 1204 10k 1:19:37.0 12:45/M 1200 13.1 3:00:34.0 13:45/M 1192 30k 4:21:29.0 14:02/M 1163 23M 5:24:03.0 14:04/M 1158 6:17:46.0 14:25/M

She was the 6:18 pacer, duh ;)
so she ran a 10K, plus probably a 1/2 mile at the finish. perfect, she runs 6.7 miles, counts it as another marathon, and most importantly, gets another stupid medal to drape off her neck.
Looking closer at her Cowtown results...if she was indeed the 5:45, she sucks at pacing. I mean what RD in their right mind would have her be a pacer?
a 5:45 marathon pace is 13:09/mile
PM at 5K mark: 38:47
Expected for pace: 39:28
Result...Not bad..okay to be a little faster early
PM at 10K mark: 1:19:37
Expected for pace: 1:21:45
Result...Not good. 2+ minute faster only 6.2 miles in? At this point, she is at 12:45 pace, so she is running 20 seconds per mile faster than expected pace per mile time.
PM at Half mark: 3:00:34
Expected for pace: 2:52:30
Result..Ummm...I think the "results" here speak for themselves. She slowed almost 2 minutes per mile for the 6.9 miles between 10k and half splits.
This lady sucks. I wonder what her reason was for being so far off pace?
except she was supposed to be the 5:25 pacer. She made it to the 5k mark before she fell apart.
now that is an interesting turn of events. she can't pace a 5:25 marathon. wow.
another cheat, another medal wrote:

yeah well...
