What a gutsy effort. She must had dug "Badwater-deep" to pull that 5:30 out of her A$$. This woman is no pacer either. Good lord. Get the Cheetos out. Yum!

Can we see photos of this incredible athlete at this marathon?
Oh, wait. Wrong cheater. Sorry.

Cheater Chaser wrote:I know Larry Macon cheated at Charlie Alewine's races. If he even shows up, he sends Charlie the times, then Charlie tells the "results poster" what to put. Larry Macon would sometimes supposedly do a "different" course - yeah sure guy - and I've run every continent with you - just on a "different" course. It's amazing that he claims to have all these races as part of the Guinness record multiple times over - no conscious or respect for marathoning.
Marina White is definitely accusing Larry Macon of cheating.
Perhaps Marina White needs to be investigated?
Numb nuts. There's no indication that she cheated.

Why don't you pull your lazy head out of your ass?
Is Marina White one of the woman that Larry Macon made a fool of himself drooling over at races. There's alot of results with them finishing together. But with him being about 50 years older than her we can all guess she was another one getting paid for something in one way or another. Maybe cheater chaser ougt to check out the women Larry cheats with and that would be at races and behind his wife's back. OMG can you imagine being married to such a big cheater much less one who looks like him.
Has anybody thought about why PM doesn't work. Maybe LM supports her so he can get any result he wants at her races and come up with the big number of races last year for Guinness. Past years they were like at every race (right) and vouch for each other. Funny thing that the famous record holder Larry Macon won't answer how many races this year like I guess the cheater postings scared him off. And he don't post his results on Marathon maniacs no more so people can't check. Sorta like his record number marathons got a cramp from the past when cheating came easy to PM and LM

Comment and provide your thoughts about her and this "record". There is a conversation on the lower part of the page.

I can't see any other comments, and it looks like the FB just wants to post your comments to your personal page.... bummer, b/c calling her out on that page would be awesome if it could be done.
Has she toed the line at any race other than her own in months?
And WHO in the world still pays her $ for her races?!
While we're at it Here is some interesting info.
THREE people broke the american record for the half marathon at the Irving Half Marathon(dallas suburb) last year !! One guy broke the world record !! Amazing !!
http://www.mychiptime.com/searchevent.php?id=8342
All in all, 9 people were Disqualified.
They didn't pass the 10k mats.
A 10 minute 5ker held a 4:54 pace for the whlle 13.1 miles(but missed both mats)
Our world record breaker ran the dallas half marathon in 2011 in a little over two hours but at athe irving half he ran it in 50 minutes!!! 50 Minutes!!

Why does she have a 38-minute discrepancy in chip time? When looking at the very last folks to finish, the biggest gap I saw was 27 minutes between gun/chip time. There were less than 2400 finishers. Was the race started with runners in single file? There's no way it takes 38 minutes to get even 10,000 runners across the start line. It's as if she covered an extra 3 miles just to get to the start. This whole situation is just befuddling.

I retract this comment. sorry for(almost) derailing the thread.
Just caught up with the last 10 pages. WOW this is ALL about PM. One lady. Crazy stuff. Where can I find out more about her cheating at Rocky Racoon?
I'm in dallas. Maybe I'll help at an aid station and keep a lookout for her.
Hamilton is worse at cheating and getting away with it obviously, as evidenced by the fact that her title was remanded and given to the proper winner. The question then becomes why is it more significant when someone at the front cheats (Guinness World Record and/or venue not withstanding.)Also, was Hamilton required to return her finishers medal? She obviously didn't finish the race.
I thought the same thing. 38 minute differential between gun and chip for a small marathon? 38 min! That's probably the longest pre-race port-a-poty visit in history.

Cheaters have many strategies my friend, this is but one.

If you are accusing her of cheating in the race then come out and say it and then please tell all of us your amazing and intelligent theory.
I highly doubted she cheated being the popular 5:30 Pacer that she was. Pacers generally don't cheat but you never know with PM. I just find it interesting that the strangest occurrences surround this woman.
I quick check of the other gun/chip differentials of the three women finishing in front and behind PM show some differential, just not 38 min! In front: 27, 25, and 29 min. Behind: 30, 26, and 11 min.
Heck, even the last three female finishers of the entire race had differentials of: 17, 27 and 12 min. What could she have been doing for 38 min? Seriously, what?
Also, if you are going to pace, make sure you don't come in 45 seconds behind your goal time. Lame. Very lame.

if she was a pacer for the 5:30 group that is a horrible pacing effort. I've probably paced 15 marathons and the instructions I have always been given is that you want to be no more than 1 to 2 minutes ahead at the halfway point.
Here is her actual times versus projected split times for a 5:30 marathon (12:35/mile)
5 km: 38:00 (Projected 39:06) - Over 1 minute ahead already
10 km: 1:15:54 (Projected 1:18:11) - Over 2 minutes ahead
10 mile: 2:02:19 - ( Projected 2:05:50) - 2::30 ahead
half: 2:41:13 - (Projected 2:44:58) - Almost 4 minutes ahead
This would put her full pace at 5:22:26!!!
18.5 mi: 3:53:16 - (Projected 3:54:30) - Slowing down - Only 1:30 ahead
Finish: 5:30:45 - (Projected 5:30) - Ran over 8 minutes slower the 2nd half of the race. This is horrible job of pacing by someone who, judging by the number of marathons she's run,, should know (and do) a lot better.
I don't pace but have many friends who have over the years... seems like the usual goal is to come in 30 seconds UNDER your time goal, and to run even splits, unless the course terrain is substantially different. I also thought most folks who take pacing gigs are slotted in pace that is 20-30 minutes slower than their race pace, so they can ensure its not a challege for them to hit the goal pace. Seeing as PM hits 6-7-8 hr marathons I'm surprised even as clueless a shop as the RnR series would allow her to pace 5:30. I feel bad for anyone in her pace group. Assuming they were a bunch of first timers just trying to finish, going out 8 minutes too fast probably burned them up - sure, its sow, but if thats what their fitness allowed, its sad if PM ruined their race by mile 10.
