I agree with most of your post. Don't forget to follow the money. I believe there are different standards for different athletes from the same country. I know that CJ Hunter's positive test was pushed under the rug after pressure from a rich shoe company so that it wouldn't taint the performance of his wife Marion Jones. However, someone leaked the information just prior to the games and a scandal ensued. This proved to me that money talks.
