rupp sticking with track through 2016
then will decide about marathon (which will be kind of late)
Anyone catch O'Brien on the postgame show (left the stream running after the 10k) when he awkwardly said "I don't know much about the female anatomy"?
Kim Conley nearly busted out laughing so hard. And nearly did I, too.

After the twins are born would be the best time to switch to the marathon. He would have more time to spend with the wife and kids.

No it isn't. That's faster than average. Look up 2010 results.
It's actually about an average time - faster than some years (like 2010, 2011, 2013) and slower than some (like most OT years):

Well I have read a few of your posts. You are not immune to what seems to bother you so much.
Well my friend I did say generally and I ain't no saint but I'd challenge you to find a post that I start by insult, ad hominem or general negativity. Specifically find one where I'm negative about T&F athletes or running groups. You won't find it cause I don't do that - I'll give it back to folks when their dishing sh$t but Generally don't start there unless they start by blasting hatred toward some athlete for no reason other than they obviously don't like them.
I'd love a site that was more like Toni Reavis' blog win intelligent posts and comments, but with a lot more visitors.
is that it? wrote:

well, you just proved the USATF is not a meaningful event for 10k.
Great night of 10000 metre racing! The stream was fine, the commentary was fine, the races were interesting. Too bad that some of you missed out, because you were busy whining, hating, tearing yourself up with envy, etc. Can't you find something positive to say or do?

Well, mom, why do you care if people don't see things your personal way?

It really should make Jerry want to reexamine some things about speed if Derrick gets obliterated by a 60 second last lap. Derrick must've run what, 65? That wasn't even speeding up from what he had been running at the previous few laps. Granted, Rupp took off at 54 seconds pace or so the first 200 to put him away and break his morale, but you'd still hope Derrick could have some discernible kick...
It has nothing to do with speed. He was just too tired to go faster. You really think 65 is maxing out his speed?
Men steeple heats should be coming up next.
