You are a piece of work is this your 600th new posting name? Sorry but that wasn't me posting about Tirunesh Dibaba. To that individual I have heard that it is a possiblity but that Tirunesh haven't welcomed the thought of doubling as she first want to defend her 5000m title. The Ethiopian Federation usually gets what it want so if they want her and Kenenisa to double then they MOST likely will. It would be great to see what Tirunesh could do in the 10000m after she proved she can go over 5000m in the long X-Country Championships. In my opinion I think they both will double this year.

"I feel I am in World record breaking shape" says Kenny boy.

Does anyone thinks otherwise? He also said he has been training in Albuquerque, NM for two months. Has anyone cought a sight of him to learn of his training? Wejo was also saying Kenny was training in Flagstaff too.
It all depends on having good rabbits that stay in the race to more than half of the time. I believe he could get some of those pace-setters from his own country who would be willing to press the speed upto world record speed.

Yes Kenenisa is currently communicating with the organizers of the Heneglo meet to construct a 10000m race with pacesetters so he can attack his WR. He stated he plans to run one 10000m and a couple of 5000m before the World Outdoor Championships and would like to run an extremely fast 10000m preferably at Heneglo.

How did you know, when I read he was running the 5000m at the meet less than a week ago? Does anyone think he will break his world record?
26:14.6 (with good but not great pacing)

Funny how that's exactly the same time as Tinman predicted...You wouldn't be ripping it off him, I hope?
Honestly Nam I feel Bekele could go faster (26:07.9) with GREAT pacing and good weather but I feel he won't get that pacing. Thats funny me and Tinman picked the same time and no I didn't see his before I posted.
That's because the IAAF defecates in their collective pants at the suggestion, a very logical one, of using "staggered" rabbits where the 2nd and 3rd rabbits jog along slowly, jumping in at WR pace later in the race so they are fresh to pace Bekele when the 1st guy gets tired.
I don't see how (or why) that would be such a huge problem. If the guy wants to go for the WR, and he gets the people together to put him through, why not?
I agree with you. Looking again to one of those Geb's past record breaking performances from Hengelo, mainly in the 5 and 10Ks, army of Ethiopian as well as Kenyan contignets provided support through rabbiting for him.
It could easly be organized and done her too, so long as WR is needed.
That was before the Kenyan Federation starting frowning upon its top athletes being used to rabbit rival countries to World Records. The use of Kenyans maybe be neccessary but it won't be as easy to secure the top Kenyans for pacing chores unless a Kenyan competitor can also benefit from the pacing or enough money is passed.
What about 25:53.459012023023002?
That is, once a watch with that precision is invented.
True that, in the arrival of Bekele, AK have been completely dismayed (after ten years of Geb's long distance reign) and ordered all of its runners to stop co-operating with the Ethiopians. But I beleive there are enough people from Ethiopia such as (Geberemariam, Sihine, Dinkasa, Dejene, even Mezegebu Assasfa and a bunch of other new young crops) can lend support to the effort.

Out of curiosity, how are copying and pasting IAAF articles and "knowledge" the same thing?

I normally like your posts, if only because they take everyone's attention away from which fourth-rate American runner is superior, but come on, why predict a time to the tenth of a second?
seriously
while you go slide under a rock somewhere and stay there forever. There comes a time when you need to stop your pity insults at Vipam and accept that he has way more knowledge than you will every have moron. He was the one who brought up Kenenisa B., Tirunesh Dibaba, and now Augustine before they erupted on the world scene.
Vipam is the man and several posters hope he keep spreading his knowledge and predictions.
