If anyone on this board has some interesting opinions about vitamins, let me hear it. I run b/n 90 - 115 miles per week. My eating habits are average/good. I was thinking Iron (2x per week and with Vitamin C b/c I here Iron is better absorbed in an acidic environment), Vitamin E (2-3x per week) and R-1 (2-3) times per week.
What do you guys think? Am I missing something? Nothing? What other things should I consider? Is there a plan that has worked well for someone else that maybe I should give consideration?
