Yes...having reviewed the footage myself I got something similar when I timed it. Although, if you notice there are two white lines in succession with what looks like 200 to go...starting the clock at the first I get roughly the same time as you got...maybe the 200 to go mark is from the second white line???
The only reason I remember this race was because 1) it was the first time Geb lost at 10k in world champs and 2) the last 200 was very quick as I remember talking about it with my training buddies at the time.....But I still could be wrong.
