Get one of those presta metal valves that are used to blow up a basketball or soccer ball? Use the larger size and inhale through the valve very slowly. Hold breath for five seconds then blow out slowly. Take the valve out of your mouth and catch breath. Do another Ten inhalations and exhalations. Four to Five times daily, before workout and before bed. What this does is relaxes your respiration cycle and it is alongside mental training a good thing to do before bedtime.
