If Salazar wanted to make this a tactical affair he shoudnt have said what he did a week ago so im expecting a hot pace
Last year Keninisa said he was going for a fast time and then went back on that to sit and kick to a 27:10
If Rupp does go all out im assuming he will have a well paid Kenyan pacer to pace them threw 7k like at 2010 Payton Jordan (pacer went off a little earlier I think)
