I bet Mackey lost 8 seconds with that fall.

It doesn't do much to promote women's running when only four nations show up for the 4x1500. Where were the Brits? Or even the Canadians, who GO to the Bahamas all the time?
the americans YET AGAIN find a way to BOTCH the short relay. good lord

Who's the coach, anyway?
US sprint men botch a relay exchange yet AGAIN?
Just goes to show, once again, no one has dumber sprinters than we have here in America! I did love seeing a 4x200 race, very exciting race overall.
dennis mitchell? LOL
What freaking amazes me is that the runner receiving the baton should not even be looking back, how hard does is it to learn to step off your take off point for the incoming runner?
USA has messed this up more in the past 30 years than any country.
INSANE.
Fire the coach. He can't coach them technically, or psychologically.
It's gotten so we watch to see HOW they will F it up, not how well they will run.
We need to either NOT RUN the damn relays or actually take them SERIOUSLY and practice handoffs. IT has been proven time and time again that our athletes can not do it on their own. I don't know how much the practice handoffs before meets but it is clearly not enough. We need to practice them again and again and again until we get it right. Or simply do not run the relay at all. We could compete with anyone out there if we can simply get these damn handoffs right. PRACTICE THEM!!!!!!!
What kills us too is the fact that every race is billed as "USA vs Jamaica". What it really should be is "USA vs DQ". We only finish the race about 50% of the time and Jamaica NEVER messes up!!!
Oh my goodness, look at that Russel girl for Jamaica's leadoff. and you're telling me drug testing is working down there??
Wow, Bartoletta's got the biggest case of Doper Face I've ever seen with all that acne *shivers*, even worse than Rupp.
Fundamental mistake by USA 4 X 200m relay runner. The USA second runner (C. Mitchell?) had the baton in the wrong hand and had to cross his body to hand it off. This is a failure in both training and coaching. Handoff assignment should be automatic in HS, college and certainly, national teams...coaches are responsible for assuring that hand assignments for handoffs and placing runners accordingly. Typically in the 4 x 100m, it starts with first runner right hand, second left hand, third right hand and fourth left hand. Any change in this pattern is the responsibility of the coach and practiced with the athletes.
drug use still rampant
IGF-1 LR3 & SARMs
Start them young to avoid inconsistencies in BP
possible semenya-esque hermaphrodite?
the lengths to win and avoid testers is preposterous,
whole sport is charade

How in the heck to you wipe out on a 4x1500 exchange?
Meet was pretty good, I like the Intro's.
