Wrong. She IS a woman by definition of the rules of IAAF which you obviously have never read.
The IAAF went against their rules so as to not make waves. She had testes. Of course she was producing too much testosterone. She barely trained and was running world class times immediately. Unlike Glenda Reiser who quit, Semenya used her condition to her advantage. The "hormone therapy" didn't slow her down much. You could tell in London that she could have won the gold easily but didn't want to for fear of public repercussions.
