Would Solomon have won the Doha 800m???

I don't understand why people think Amos is even CLOSE to the level of Aman.
I hope you understand now.
What a race!!!
Yes, I know AMan won but this race was perfect.
It shows Aman has the heart of a lion. He just finds a way.
But he doesn't normally find a way against Rudisha. I think Amos has Rudisha like talent.
So we have the heart of lion versus supreme talent.
Amos told Steve Cram he's only 75%. Given that fact, I think he'll be better than Aman at the end of the year.

I think he would. Great race, make no mistake, but I wasn't awed by Aman or Amos ... and not just because of the time. Solomon is a wonderful talent who seems to peak at too early or bottle it in championships.

Oops!!
Awesome atmosphere in the stadium. Lots of Kenyan and Ethiopian expats in Doha and they're cheering like it's a football (soccer) match.
LOL. Touché. ... well played. But true, Asbel does bring out the fanboi in me, more than any other runner.
Kemboi does the same exact thing every time (sit/kick)
You would think Kipruto who has run .01 off the WR would try to gun it from the front some time
Ezekiel Kemboi still BOSS!
Kemboi is just crazy...one of my favorite athletes on the tour.
8:04, having fun.
Kemboi just drops the hammer at 200m, who can beat him?
So what were the results of the 800? The times ...
I wanna party with Kemboi. He seems insane and awesome.
Emphatic win for Ashmeade over Weir with lots of daylight. Weir seems too skinny for a sprinter. I wonder how he'd do over 1 or even 2 laps.
burn!

We posted this after the meet started but there is a way to watch universal sports now online if you don't get the TV Channel.
http://www.letsrun.com/news/2014/05/live-legal-streams-diamond-league-10a-month/Works great on my phone. Stream on my computer was a little small. Love to hear others feedback. Can watch the meet or anything live on demand. I'm glad I can see the end of La Liga.
The 800 was fantastic Aman won 1:44.49 over Amos 1:44.54.
They battled neck and neck down the homestretchl. Amos was ahead most of the way but Aman looked ragged but found a way to win it.
The 1500 was faster relatively but both were tremendous races.
Dibaba destroyed.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
