Haha, nice try. Dude's a sprinter who probably acquired a ridiculous amount of lean body mass since. Doesn't look like a runner anymore.

Looks like a watered down version of Warren Beatty.
He looks like that guy from 127 hours, only with blonde hair.

In other words, he was more of a sprinter than a middle distance runner.
Really? I would choose 152 over 49. That is good 400 speed though!
Exactly what I was thinking. I'm 49/1:58, that's a real lean towards the sprints. Luckily I checked the IAAF tables a long time ago and I believe the 49 I ran was worth 1:54.xx. So yea, a 1:52 should be better than a 49.

and think about the extrapolation. 1:52/49 would give like a 23 200 (terrible) but a 4:15 mile (not terrible)

I was about to post how no one wants to see a SCRAWNY runner on TV but if it's true and this guy is actually a 440 sprinter then this may be different. Sprinting is hugely beneficial for body composition. If you BUFF up in the gym and use sprints to complement, you get RIPPED, too. WIN/WIN.
Yup. You get BUFF, RIPPED, and JACKED. Jacked is like ripped but even more muscle mass; then you put water on your chest and walk around topless with your mirror.
I imagine that he can do 49/1:52 AND run a 2:05 marathon. I mean, crossfit is great for EVERYTHING.
Anybody watch the Bachelorette last night? Nick (runner) & bodybuilder (Cody) got in to it & I actually thought Nick was going to punch Cody. The video below cuts away for some reason right when Nick moves in & stares him down & has a nice exchange of words.
What do you think crossfit1theoriginal?

I would mock that meathead all day long. LOL.
