I have been running for about 8 years now not real consistant, but have been between 30-50 miles a week, with high weeks of 60 maybe about 15 of those in 8 years. I take a lot of time off after seasons 2-5 weeks 3-4 times a year. I ran a 15:08 5000m last year off of averaging 45 miles a week. I have been averaging 75-85 miles for around 3 months now, can I expect to break 14:50 in the 5000 meters this year. Thanks Damian my snake says high.
