After taking a two week break following XC, I am looking on ideas about how to get back in the swing of things... I am going to skip indoors, so want to start out nice and slow so I am fresh for May/June. Do does everyone else do on their first few weeks back? Something like 20 min a day, first week, 30 min a day second, and then back into normal training? I am usually around 55-65 miles a week and will probably run a little less during track...
