You show up drunk. That's the secret.
Light beer tends to have a lot of carbonation. For me, this was the hard part. By the third beer you have so much carbonation built up in your stomach, either you have a pretty bad stomach ache or feel like throwing up.
The secret for me, if there is one, is to burp out the carbonation as much as possible during the run.
