They just said they're trying to re-establish a link to the women's feed.

kim smith tried this 2011...remember what happen?
THIS. Though Smith went way out in front by herself, but the pack caught her, spit her out the back, and she was done. Still, I think Desi is running the smarter race. It's easier to chase than to be chased.
I kind of see Hall not charging to the front as him having more confidence but who knows
Amazing. All year to prepare and technical difficulties with the women's feed. Can you imagine this happening in any other sport's biggest event? This is like a power outage at the Super Bowl, I mean that would never happen...

Where's the elite women's race? Totally abandoned by the coverage for some reason.
Universal said they "lost the footage".
I would not have thought that Meb would take the early lead.
Could someone give us a top 5/10 at the next mile split for the women? I'm curious who else is racing.
The coverage is perfect on the BAA website.
Everyone is Instagramming as the runners go by. The interweb tubes are clogged up.

It's exactly the same....except for the fact that literally tens of millions of people want to watch the Superbowl whereas approximately 143 people want to watch the Boston Marathon.
...and the east african nations thank the US for rabbiting both the women's and men's races.
At least have a split screen or something.
I think his name is "Rob Slate"
Hall has a third and two fourths at Boston. You're overstating. the DNF/DNS business.
The guy running to be on camera is still winning after 11 minutes!

The guy who asked what Desi was doing. She's being smart. She said she can't run 2:18.
#982 Seth Wold
Ultrarunner from Utah, recent 1:10 half marathon....looks like he dropped back. I guess he wanted some attention.
Remember the Foot Solutions guys from 2007?
Go 982!
Have some respect! That man is the vice president of the United States of America!
