Shalane 2:22:01 for 6th, pretty freaking good, PR, could have managed the race better, but Jeptoo was unbeatable.

It will be amazing if he can pull this off. He is in PAIN.
If he can get to Boylston with 10s, he might make it.
Meb's 1+ min lead is down to :20 something? Go Meb, Go!
SO OBVIOUSLY FIXED YOU GUYS
Yeah Shobukhova, Keitany, N'dereba and Gelana all have 2:18.
2 miles to go, Meb could hold this!
Rawson saying Meb has 24 seconds on Chebet when we can clearly see Chebet around 10 seconds. back...heck of an announcing job
chebet looking done
Side view on local broadcast. Meb didn't look good.
2:02:30 in about 6 minutes left.
Wilson's looking back. Maybe he's falling apart too!
I'm tightening up just sitting & watching Meb.

Do you realize how much $ that would take? It would require bribing the entire field.
MEb's split was 447 at mile 24 and was up by 12 seconds. It's hard to get caught at that pace as it's hard to run 430s at the endof a marathon.
2:02;35 at mile 25 for MEb.
20343 mile to go. He's still 8 seconds up.
I'm always blown away by how incredibly bad the marathon commentary is. The Tour de France manages to be pretty good about it (IMO). Why can't this??

Meb is holding up well but I don't think he's going to win it.

Make it to the final turn.
Meb FTW.
Tonnes of guts!!!! Good for her.

Dat pulse rate do. Al, if you can believe this, carrying oxygen to their entire body every six seconds.
last surge by chebet
His gap is growing! Meb could do it.
