Umm, Hall's PB is 2:06:17, I keep reading here people citing this Boston run.

Kipsang is the master! For sure Kimetto is better than Mutai. Even E. Mutai is better...
Just saying, those times where aided. Gebrmariam also didn't repeat that performance.
For the matter of the topic, for sure Rupp could run 2:07 after a couple of tries.
I can even see him better the debut time of Farah in his debut. But in my opinion, he should first post a sub60 in the HM, of which I'm convinced he could and it would be a great achievement.
