This is one pretty simple...Home Run guy.
Singles guy would hit into double plays, and him being on base is not a guaranteed run, how many times are runners left on base? all the time.
Home run guy is a Guaranteed RUN every 1/4 at bats...thats at least 1 run a game, if we assume there is one or two guys on base when it happens that 2-3 runs a game...not to mention the other plays at bat...how many games are decided by 2/3 runs...tons.
You don't understand baseball statistics. If you hit into a double play you aren't batting 1.000, so you need to remove that consideration from your argument. The only way a guy who's hitting 1.000 hits into a double play is if he is put out stretching a single into a double and then another base runner is put out at another base. That happens on occasion but it's an unusual play, maybe once ever 2-3 weeks I'd guess.
As for HR guy, based on what the original poster wrote he is not GUARANTEED to produce at least 1 run/game, only that of every 4 ABs that he will have 1 HR. The OP didn't specify if that means a pattern of 1 HR in every 4 ABs or just that at the end of the season he'd have a total output of 1 HR for every 4 ABs. If the later, then there would be games where he has 2 HRs and other games when he'll have 0.
