I was talking to coach Coogan at Heps a few weeks ago and the feeling I took from that was while Derrick and Chelanga were focused on different things, it was clear True was in great shape - maybe even better shape than Chelanga and Chelenga had just run 13:05.
Let's hope True goes sub 13:00 this summer. I don't want to hear any crap about him not getting into a DL.

Yes it is crazy to contemplate but I am contemplating it as well. True still hasn't really smashed a 10k on the track but results like this and his world XC showing make it seem like its only a matter of time. Boy am I excited to see some Diamond League races with the whole crew involved.
