The USADA cannot announce anything because a massive legal challenge has stopped them. This is exactly what you would expect when you go after a program as large as the one at NOP.
You failed to get the idea of what I was getting at, and instead read it as a person who wants to defend someone (NOP) at any and all costs.
The idea is that the USADA is overreaching when deciding what constitutes a positive test. The USADA has already bullied out a claim of guilt from Armstrong. They want to bully something out of NOP, and they picked on one of the top athletes to get answers to "questions" they have about the program. Whether NOP, or another program, the USADA seems set on using arm-stronging tactics to get new positive results. Athletes need to work together to put a retighten the reign on the USADA. Otherwise, a lot of athletes will be accused of positive results based on very questionable conclusions made by the USADA.
