The issue here is not really whether Grunewald deserved the DQ. In fact I don't give a fvck about that right now.
The issue here is the blatant corporate strongarming from Nike.
They petioned for appeal. Denied. Appealed that. Denied. Appealed the appeal. Denied.
Then...a back door meeting and suddenly...a DQ!
That's fvcked up beyond belief. Shitty by USATF, and disgusting by Nike.
