How fast Cain/Efraimson performs will depend on Treniere Moser. She is the only one I see in the start list that would be willing to run with the rabbit and thus string out the runners. But if she does not do this what we'll get is a tactical race where there are a bunch of very good runners bunched up around an indoor track. If that happens I would assume Mary will still be close to the front and Alexa unfortunately stuck in the back with not much of a chance to fully run to her potential.
