A passive-aggressive workman withholds giving his tools approval.
And a horny workman beats his tool

When moving at 30-35 mph do you not think aerodynamics come into play for tenths or hundredths of a second? Absolutely!
Did the US skaters lose by tenths or hundredths of seconds?
Have they thought that maybe the speedsuits are fine, but the Dutch are doping?
Did no better with old uniforms.

After switching to the old suits they are even slower.

A worse workman blames the competition. This is a bigger story, and rather unsportsmanlike. Canada is accusing the host country of raising the temperature on the luge track for their advantage.

This reminds of the goofy hooded suits that the US Track Team used in relays a few years ago. They dropped the baton because they could not see or hear as well with the hoods on. Amazingly, they had not tested them or practiced in them prior to the Olympics.
I remember a USA relay team wearing really weird Oakley sunglasses that went above the head and made them look like aliens.
What team was that?

I would like to make it clear that Shani Davis did not blame his suit for losses. He's a solid athlete and knows when he is and isn't on his game.
I believe he said "I don't know what it was, but it wasn't me. It was something else." or something along those lines

On NBC's coverage last night Dan Jansen said the new Under Armour suits had NEVER been worn (AKA tested) in competition before.
aaaaaand they switch back and keep losing. Fantastic.
I think its bs. it reminds me of the Mars Blackmon Nike ads.

When something unusual is in the results then something unusual is probably going on behind the scenes. Whether that is doping or something else who knows but it's something.

How could the athletes be so stupid? How could the coaches be so stupid? You have to test something to see if works before you blow it at the Olympics.

You wouldn't go fishing with a spade though

I believe the UnderArmour suits had been tested in a wind tunnel, but not in competition.

You think it is unusual that the Dutch are winning a lot of medals in speed skating?

Unusual to have won 16 out of 24 (at present count)? Apparently unprecedented.
Though, point of fact, if the Dutch weren't skating, the US would have only gained 2 medals, so don't blame US failings on the Netherland's skaters.
