Cannot believe we are still having the Cheserek age debate.
NCAA cross champ as a true freshman. That's all you need to know.

If you can prove that he is his alleged age, I will give you $1000.

Also, one day everyone will learn that when one wishes to express a lack of concern one should use the phrase, 'couldn't care less'.
To say that one 'could care less' implies that one does in fact care.

The real question is, will he be able to speak a full paragraph in English by the end of his Oregon career?
Will you speak a full paragraph in your third language by the end of your life? Probably not.
can they run 2 DMRs at nationals?

What people really want to know is whether he will be a little baby like Lukas Verzbicas and quit on the ducks or whether he will be a big man like Centro and stick it out for 4 years.
I didn't realize that Cheserek had such a stellar triathlon career going along with the running. I do want to know the answer to this!
Why don't we just end the age debate and find out his true age with carbon dating?

the guy is the same age as solinsky, is this performance really that impressive>
Since Solinksy is in his thirties and stopped improving ~2-3 years ago, Ches' longetivity and continued improvement is very impressive.

Centro left the team and went pro after his third year.

Looks like pat casey might want to worry less about his self-promotion on the message boards and more attention to his 5km teammate that just ran 3:59!

The people that created conversions for qualifying purposes found no difference in benefits from oversized and 200 banked tracks. Performances are thus considered equal if two people run 4:00 with one running on oversized and one on 200 meter banked.
This is simply not true. There is no real science behind it.
He's also listed as 21 years old as a "true freshman" which is really the age of a Junior. And the rumor mill states he is actually about age 24. So I'm not that impressed.
Rumors are like tumors, they are ugly and they grow out of control.
Have you met King Ches? He looks like he's about 18 at most. He has a baby face, and is as shy as a high schooler.

If I was given a free (four/five year) college education in the country where that language was the native tongue, yes, I am pretty sure I could speak at least a few paragraphs by the end of it. Nice try

Good for you. But the question still remains, if you were put on a planet with thousands of languages (dozens of which were spoken in your own city), would you speak a full paragraph in at least three of them? For Edward Cheserek, the answer is yes, for YOU, it's looking like a "no."
