WADA didn't even seem to sanction one of the people listed above. This says that he was criminally convicted of what would be trafficking and elsewhere appears to admit supplying other French athletes. He was later suspended for evading a doping control, but that should be a lifetime ban for any second offense after a trafficking offense. The minimum ban should have been 8 years for this.
