"Tips for a Controlled Descent" (might have
saved Verzbicas from this untimely crash)
Personally, I think the tri short courses should
suit Webb fine. It' nice knowing when you toe the
swim that you are the American mile record holder.
Regardless, with the bike I hope he gets a pro's
advice and gets fitted for nice bike and proper
gearing ratio -- at this point
it appears he's suited for time trialling.
Does anybody have videos of his swims it'd be
interesting to note what his stroke length (strokes
per 25y are) not that it applies to tri/open water swimming.
Actually this is precedence (I always had it in the
back of my mind, years ago that Steve Scott should've made
the tri transition, oh well).
