Apparently sarcasm flies right over your head.

So Jenny came in 3rd. Looks like she had fun.

Anyone heard if she's running US XC Champs in February? They're practically in her backyard in Boulder.
Has anyone else announced they're running XC Champs?
XC Champs is 2/15 and indoor champs are 2/21. That's close enough that it will probably discourage people from doing both.
3rd was not a bad result and is about what I expected. Jenney is a very good XC runner and I was happy to see her enter this event, but she is not and has never been a true long distance runner. She is very good middle distance runner who is also good at XC, but her sweet spot is probably around 3K.

Umm, it looks like a pretty poor result to me. She took the lead early, and was only 3s behind the leaders through 3K, according to the IAAF story, but then finished 1:40 behind Kipyegon and 1:06 behind Steel. Granted, no one caught her for 3rd, but that's a pretty bad fade.

Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
