She's in high school for education only; the analogy, and someone in the thread basically already pointed it out, is a collegiate who turns pro b4 exhausting eligibility. Someone like that could continue taking college classes but would not be establishing a college record should they run faster than an existing one. There may be distinctions between the high school and college scenarios, but I can't think of a clear one.
