It also gave her two good efforts on the boards so she'll be more comfortable at BU."

About 30 minutes between races so I doubt we saw anything but a form workout. Remembering to use your now new mechanics in the race setting, covering surges, avoiding slowing runners, having some elbows wacking yours blah blah is not a given.
