Good runs for both of them. Not Yiannis's best run ever, but 550+ miles in 6 days is pretty huge, especially considering that he's 57. Running for 6 days with only minimal rest sounds obscenely awful.

92 miles a day for 6 straight days.
What's the longest you have ever been able to run?
15:33.5/mile average pace for the winner if I did the math correctly. How much time do they spend doing things other than walking and running? (e.g. sleeping, eating, bathroom, etc.)

It's going to vary. I'm guessing they slept only about 3 hours a night average. Probably no sleep for the first day, an hour or two for the second, and more after that point.
To the other guy, Yiannis Kouros is definitely not a joke. Dude has averaged 7:50 pace straight for 24 hours (including all breaks), 7:02 pace straight for 100 miles, 6:12 pace for 62 miles (after going out too fast and splitting the marathon in 2:28), and even ran 1000 miles in 10 1/2 days. His best 6 day is 643 miles, but he's nearly a senior citizen now, so you'll have to pardon him "only" getting in 550 miles in 6 days.
How old is Fejes? Poor guy to almost lose to a 57-year old. In which other sport is that even possible?
Kuoros did 7:36-7 pace for his 24 hour records actually I believe

You also can still compete in your 50's and totally possible to win majors against 20 year old competition just like golf.
