I feel you on the "grumpy" part. I think it has something to do with the "insulin rollercoaster", something xfit guy or any paleo person could explain better than I. Try playing with the spacing of your meals, some people have more success with eating 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones.
P90x is a good program, but I know you're trolling for xfit to post his BS.
You definitely have great genetics. Just lower the carbs and do something and the fat will melt away.
