2014 College Track and Field Open Coaching Positions Discussion

Layne Anderson to Troy as said already.

They probably will be looking for female assistant .

Nope their former Head Cross Country Coach/ Assistant Distance Track Coach left for a D3 Head Coaching Position (seems weird such a young guy could be a D1 Head XC Coach!)

Any ideas on who will take the head coaching role at the University of Bradley?

I think the funding has gone up as TWC has become serious about having a quality track and cross country program. They probably need a serious sprint coach, but SJ does as solid a job as anyone at coaching, recruiting, and running an overall program.

Clearly TTU needs a sprints and jumps for women. Not much reason to invest in another distance coach for men. I cannot imagine that there's enough money in it for an adult to make a decent living.

Western Michigan needs two assistants...one must be female.

TWC is fully funded. I wasn't asking, I already know the answer. They brought Shawn in and added a boat full of scholarship money. Great, you ran for them. But you know nothing. Next.

FIU removed the throws coach Ryan Herbeling from interim to head coach. Will probably be looking for an assistant now instead of a head.

W&M is looking for two assistants with the departure of Miller to Wisconsin and Jefferson.
