Dumb ass - I know them both - I was being sarcastic they are both very good coaches and I am sure the new guy at Lake Erie will be too.

I find it incredibly disheartening that there is so little substance on this board! Where are all the rumors and rumors of rumors?

I heard Holloway was out at Florida...non-performance. Shame!

First off you can email from anywhere, secondly, I hope you're right, I believe I would be a good fit there, I felt a little foolish contacting the ad only to have him say they are all set. But hey, I wish the best for you and the rwc coaches. I have coached in less than ideal systems and know how frustrating it is.

Mike Rohl may tell the worst jokes ever and grow the ugliest beards in creation, but he is an outstanding coach. In fact, he should get an award simply for putting up with his putz AD. That being said, I honestly have no idea how Michelle puts up with him and he should kiss Mike DeWitt's shoes for putting up with him in college. Now, the guy who hired him at Mansfield is simply a savant...

After reading that long job posting for the Otterbein job, it seems that the AD is a bit of a controller. Besides potentially keeping these coaches, what is the AD like to work for?

Must be one of the Mississippi schools. i had a friend who use to be on staff at Missouri and he told me the head coach has the distance coach head so far up his ass, he has him convinced that his nonsense is proper. He has job security from what I hear. And wasn't there rumors of the distance coach departing last year?

No one at Mizzou is going anywhere. They are just happy to be in the SEC, and therefore as long as they are one of the "Smart Schools" in the SEC. They all have jobs, plus XC is doing much better than the Mizzou Track team. So Joe Lynn is doing what he was hired to do. So stop the leaving rumors.
