Wow - This is like the longest most control freak AD written job description for a track job ever. Why does a person need to write all this for a job that probably pays $40K?

I want this job. Former Olympian (not US) who will recruit the region hard and add a foreign element in off-years to balence out a top squad. Yes I am a woman who is currently HC at a low Div.1 school.
My U' has never made the NCAA's which isn't a comment on my abilities because we aren't that type of program. Got the degrees and exp. level and am ready to take a step up (to Durham).

Degrees...ok. Experience...sure. Brains...maybe you should have realized that the University of New Hampshire is in Durham but Dartmouth is in Hanover, NH?
Just saying....

The best way to solve this problem is to have women coach women and men coach men. That would stop you guys from sleeping with your athletes. And it would also let you focus on coaching the guys and helping them get better. Women know how to deal with other women's emotions. And that is why I can coach women better than any guy can.
Listen lady, this is 2014 so a female coach can sleep with a female athlete just as easily, so don't try that card. Also, women know how to deal with other women's emotions? Word? That's literally the single dumbest thing I've ever read, ever. How about letting the school decide who is the best person for the job, which is clearly not you, and keep your sexist, moronic opinions to yourself.
