He's not white, so yes ... he has potential to be a senior world beater. But all the top athletes down under play rugby (eg, 105 KG < 9.90 100m guys)

Oh pls... rugby players are slow, in general... very slow.
9.90 rugby guys? Rofl. Delusional. Proly the best one is that former Olympic US sprinter guy (10.13 in track season, training for track) who created chaos when he started playing as he was so far ahead in terms of speed. It was pitiful to watch. And that is one in a million.

His leg turnover rate is remarkable. In the video of his come-from-way-behind anchor leg in a 4x100 relay, his legs are a blur. I don't know when I've last seen anyone at any level with that kind of turnover. It is freakishly fast, especially for one so young. He's not bigger than his age group peers and doesn't appear to be beyond puberty, but that leg turnover.... wow.
Yes, but did he look relaxed?
Well, it's hard to tell from the distant view on the relay anchor video if he is relaxed while running that fast, but it would be hard to have that quick leg turnover if he were not relaxed. Definitely didn't look tight to me, but was he working hard? Surely.

He is an indigenous Australian with links to the Gumulkbun tribe in North West Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, the NT has a high indigenous population. Indigenous Australians identify themselves as either Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, even part indigenous Australians. James identifies himself as Aboriginal.
He was raised on the south coast of the state of New South Wales and currently attends the Western Australian Institute of Sport in Perth, Western Australia. If he does become a world beater it looks like there will be three states claiming him as there own.
I don't think you know much about Australia's top athletes or rugby but nice try (pun intended).
Why he got a Irish name?
Ahhh rugby players are fat and stocky....they couldn't run more than 1km at anything other than snail pace if they tried..

Lemaitre? Not one of the top five sprinters in the world. I wonder why you would mention him?
