I started getting glute/hip/groin achiness after a 5k 4 weeks ago. I ran this 6 days after running a marathon. I know pretty stupid but I felt good before and after. But next I noticed some lower glute tightness. Then it traveled to hip and groin. It's still lingering. I have been running 60-65 mpw since. It's not getting worse but only a little better. I had this in the past after hard races but usually have to take a few easy weeks to make it go away. But I thought this time since it's not as bad it would slowly improve. Any ideas? I can't imagine I could run 4 weeks of 60+'miles with a stress fracture.
