Ummm in the name of Jordan Hasay or Evan Jäger have you ever heard of a tempo run?

I am all for tempo runs, but he has now "tempo" raced a few of these local races. I am honestly surprised he is racing if he has been this injured. He can get better "workouts" on campus with his teammates and not lose the head game.

Look out Boulder 2/15/14!
German vs Alan MF
February 2013
300,000 prize (let's make it a 5k)
No matter what condition they're in, the race date will not be changed. Who wins?
German is injured essentially 90% of the time. Alan is slow but not really injured. My vote goes to Webb.

When is the last time he did anything. He shot his bolt as a junior. He's finished and living off his name. Webb has done that for the past 5 years so it's easy money
Last time he did something was yesterday, placing 3rd in a random club XC race. When was the last time YOU did something?

Webb has been injured a lot, but under the Schumacher cult we rarely hear news about them. Derrick and others occasionally mention it in passing.
That would be a great race though, I'd say Webb if it's 5k.
(Meant to say 2014)
Not a bad start for him. That course was not super fast by any means so if he is already getting in these good tempos he's on his way to get into good shape.

He won his pro debut about a year ago, and then followed it up with a 3:34 in Berlin.
I went coaching last Thursday what did you do
Let us know when he puts in a news worthy performance it would be good to see him running to his capabilities
So far it just looks like he was a very good junior
Deploy some steaks to those poor souls!! JEEZ are they skinny.
Results will be available once race starts.
So they know the results when the race starts. Why race?
