So I looked up some X-Fit stats and discovered that the supposed greatest X-Fitter Rich Froning runs no faster than a 60 second 400, most sources had him at 65.
Since the best guy in the sport runs slower than alot of good middle school boys, doesn't this mean the "running" aspect of X-Fit is a complete joke and is not given enough weight to be taken seriously? It seems like the only things that really matter are the strength events, so why even have running if you don't even have to be good to win the thing? Yes Froning is jacked, but you would think that a truly elite "overall athlete" would be fast enough to beat most high school girls.
