that guy deserved what he got...a little much by Teg, but it was a dumb move that guy made.

Schumachers guys?
Inflated egos and for all their "blue collarlness", just a bunch of over paid whiney brats.
If I was Teg, I would have reacted in the exact same way. Tensions running high, going for the win, that guy cut him off and deserved the little bump he got paid back.
None of you guys ever acted aggressively in a race?
these little africans are hilarious! they think they're little tough guys and that american runners are big white pussies...and in the latter case, they're right!! still, they can be goofy little weasels
I've decided that I'm not doing a damn thing. I think you are right - roaches can only go away if the area is sealed and clean. Spraying them with RAID does nothing.

Wow! Teg nailed that guy from behind.

That Ethiopian was most likely doped to the gills. He went all out from the gun. Teg probably knew this guy was sketchy and didn't like him.
Why do you say that? He was only 10 seconds ahead of the pack at the mile. And he fell back with the pack around the 1.5 mile mark. And fell back even further to finish outside of the top 8. Doesn't sound like nearly enough evidence to accuse him of doping.
as bad as al sal's group is these guy are even less likable
remember solinksy crying after fake fall in europe
Nice to see a runner standing up for himself.
I appreciated it, good move by teg
If someone pushes you, push them back. You won't be much in life by letting people run you over and doing nothing about it. I agree with those saying good on Teg for sticking up for himself when an African guy thinks he can shove anyone he wants, he got what he deserved!
Soupy,
You must have been one of those kids that got picked on growing up. Grow a pair and act like a man. Teg did nothing wrong.
hahahaha that was funny. teg needs to learn how to nonchalantly step on a motherfvcker's shoe.
That was a funny exchange. The African runner was all over the road and I thought he was going to trip someone. It was surprising how far Teg veered to his left following the contact. Perhaps he was trying to get the African disqualified. Similar to how NBA players exaggerate when fouled. Then Teg came across to bump him back and say something. He probably said "Eat my dust":)
This by Tegenkamp, in the same category as Rupp bumping with Bekele during the Olympics...white trash garbage with no class...well, slightly more than the people on here who thump their chests about it like they have accomplished something

If I was Teg, I'd run back over and show that little creeper who's boss. There was absolutely no reason to try and squeeze through on that turn, especially when he got dropped so quickly after.
The guy was shoved into Teg. Teg revealed his classness by going after the guy. He sould be arrested for battery. The guy was in the right. Teg should be in jail.
LOL - in the world of road racing that was a none event - happens when you get guys running at high speed with momentum around turns in competitive situations. If a guy or girl gets bumped sometimes they may bump back, self policed, no sissy ref's to raise a flag or anything. No big deal there.

Okay I watched again. If Teg is going to retaliate he needs to knock him to the ground. That little "love tap" he gave the guy was weaker than what my grandmother could have done. These Wisconsin guys think they are tough but they are little w0ssies. Pitiful.
Teg was out of line, pure and simple. The Ethiopian's move was part of the dynamic of a pack going around a tight corner and the contact was accidental. Teg's was a deliberate action aimed at interfering with another runner. Poor sportsmanship by Teg.
The Ethiopian took the corner tight when it is clear that the other racers in front of him would be going there which is "a deliberate action aimed at interfering with another runner."
I've thought about it and now feel Teg was out of line. But who cares.
