The question is why is Israel treated as being above the law when it comes to all these treaties? They don't have to ratify the CWC, they don't have to acknowledge they have nukes, never mind sign the NPT or have them inspected, they can move their population onto conquered lands in contravention of international law and UN resolutions, and on infinitum.
I get it now. You're using more than one name to make it seem like you're not the only one sharing your viewpoint. Nice try, but you're busted!
To your question, exactly what law are you referring to? If Israel is not a party to these treaties, they do not have to conform.

let me be more specific as you clearly want to dodge this topic. Maybe you can help me with these expanded questions on the same topic
Why is Israel not required to sign and ratify the treaties while the Arab and Muslim nations are told they must or face attack?
Why can Iran be threatened with attack merely because they are accused of having a nuclear weapons program -- even if all the Intell agencies agree they don't -- while Israel can maintain an undeclared, uninspected, nuclear weapons program which was begun with raw material and technology stolen by Zalman Shapiro and other "American" Jews from the NUMEC Power Plant in PA in the 1960s?
anyone else notice that Klondike's two big threads both have false titles?
Israel certainly HAS signed the CWC and the Dow has certainly NOT gone down. Hmm...what else could he have posted been false or misleading? Anything?
(I understand Israel has signed but not ratified)

Not ratified is the key. The signature means nothing if the signing nation does not ratify. Syria, for example, has signed and ratified.
Unlike the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty -- which Israel hasn't even signed
Made at the time I posted.
Down to 14,850 from a peak of 15,700 I believe.
"the Dow has certainly NOT gone down"
Of course it has. It has gone down numerous times. Including the period I was referring to at the time I posted.
Agip, you are just a lousy liar. You don't have the brains for it

I assume you are not so stupid as to not be able to recognize typos rather than poor spelling.
You are just again engaging in your dishonesty.
As I noted earlier, you are a sh*tty liar -- you just don't have the smarts for it.
"the Dow has certainly NOT gone down"
What did it do on Friday?

I am a sh*tty liar, you're right. FOr that reason, I don't do it. You, on the other hand, are an excellent liar.

Another transparent lie.
What did I tell you?
You claim you are trying to learn.
Learn this: Stop lying, you haven't the brains for it

False.

False.
You really ought to avoid definitive statements about topics you know nothing about
Syria Ratifies Chemical Weapons Ban
UN Confirms Receipt of Official Documents
by Jason Ditz, September 12, 2013
Following hot on the heels of comments by President Bashar Assad backing the idea, the Syrian government has formally ratified the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), obliging them to end production of chemical weapons and move toward their eventual destruction.
Syria was one of seven remaining nations on the planet that haven’t ratified the treaty, and the list will now only include six: Israel, Myanmar, Angola, Egypt, North Korea, and South Sudan.

Ratified yes, signed no. They cannot sign until their application has been approved.
Methinks you should follow your own advice re: avoiding things you do not know about.
Ratified yes, signed no. They cannot sign until their application has been approved.
Really?
Then how is it Israel signed the CWC long ago -- yet has never ratified it?
Their application was approved, obviously. You can ratify anytime, but you can only sign after approval.

So, Israel applies for an application, signs it, then does not ratify it.
Syria, however, first ratifies an unsigned agreement?
Is that it?
That is correct.

Makes no sense that the order would be reversed for different nations. But who knows
In any event, Syria has agreed to abide by the CWC, Israel has not.
The usual Zi*nist double standard.
