Igy - I'm stepping out to do mile repeats in the hills. My least favorite workout.
I've been staring at stock charts for an hour, stalling.
Wish me luck and a tailwind.

Good move to clear your head. Good luck and may the wind be at your back.

Igy is not me. please stop.
agip,
How did the workout go? I know the mental concentration to do a hard workout.
I did tempo 1,000s this morning. Very slow not to stress the Achilles. I seem to be fine afterwards.

sounds like we're both on the upswing.
It went well. Time wasn't important because it was all hills, but I was able to get after it pretty well. I'm satisfied.
After my rough and eventually aborted winter season I'm a bit rusty on the high intensity - I need to practice emptying the tank.

It sounds as if your running is as promising as the stock market. Great returns on investment. Way to go.

Gotta love how 1' later, EB is in denial. Sorry, Igy, but YOU'RE BUSTED!
Remember, it's not hypocritical or cowardly when Igy posts under different handles. It's only that way for anyone else.

What did you parents do to you?
Nobody is born to be such a buffoon.
Hi, K5/Igy! What's your excuse?
Detector Dude,
None of those recent post were me, but most likely you.
Here is an article that you and your Millenial friends should read before your pocket book is left at home.

I read the article. No offense intended. Do you ever wonder whether you are hurt by a loss aversion trait?
Not likely since I am personally short.

Yeah but do you feel you have missed out on potential gain by betting against the market due to your loss aversion?
Whatever you think, I will gladly sell to you.
You've made the "I'm short" claim before. Shorts are not eternal. I suspect it is another lie. Put that next to the "those posts weren't me" whopper and that's at least two on this page alone. No wonder no one trusts you.

I am asking you a question about yourself, not asking if you can sell me something.
Detector Dude using the word "trust."
OK. Sure. Uh huh.
Awesome Dude.
Yet another handle for Igy. Hypocrite.
